Lisa Evans Weinwurm

Lisa  has been riding for 48 years 

   & has been training professionally for 34 years.

     

     Lisa....

 

  • started riding at age 4

 

  • was a member of the Varsity Hunter/Jumper Team and the Three Day Event Team freshman through senior year at Garrison Forest School in Maryland

  

  • studied Equine Management and Therapeutic Recreation at The University of Maryland


  • Worked for many flat track race horse trainers through out collage and the years that followed

 

  • was many times invited to train with team coaches as part of the USET Training Long List

  • was previously listed in the Top 10 Lady Riders in the US

 

  • trained Steeplechase Race Horses and as trainer won some of the top Timber Races in the World

 

  • trained many foxhunters

 

  • trained many horses through the Grand Prix level movements in Dressage and competed through Prix St. George 

 

  • trained and competed through the Advanced CCI *** level  in Eventing 

 

  • trained  through Level 6 Jumpers and competed in many local area shows in both hunters and jumpers.

 

  • trained with many top international coaches, Olympians, World Champions, Team Coaches and Judges such as Beth Cantrell, Bruce Davidson, Grant and Sharron Schniedeman, Gail Molander, Captain Mark Phillips, Jack LeGoff, Joey Darbey, Barbara Price, Captain Andrew de Szinay, John Winnet, Gunnar Ostergaard, Roel Theunissen and more.

 

  • has done a great deal of colt starting as well as restarting

 

  • also trained Standardbred Race horses, Barrel Racers, Cutters, and Gaited horses in her younger years

 

  • worked as wrangler on the movies "Run Away Bride" and "Triple X 2"

  • trains with Classical and Relational Horsemanship principles

 

  • developed and facilitated an outstanding Corporate Team Building Experience using the Equine Reflections program

 

  • Is a Certified EAGALA Equine Specialist and works with clients  in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning


  • Is a commissioned Minister of The Gospel trained in pastoral care, discipleship training and Life Coaching
